How do I get my purchased tickets?

Confirmations are sent via email and Wristbands are picked up at Will-Call located in the Crowne Plaza lobby from 10am - 10pm on December 30th and 10am - 1130pm on December 31st.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No bring your valid photo ID to Will-Call located in the Crowne Plaza hotel lobby for wristband pick-up.

What is the refund policy?

Absolutely NO REFUNDS. (Unless the event is Canceled.)

What comes with the purchase of "General Admission" tickets?

General admission to the event includes All party rooms and comedy shows. Cash bars are available for drink purchases. DOES NOT include open bar reserved table or breakfast buffet.

What comes with the purchase of "VIP" tickets?

VIP Access to the event includes All party rooms comedy shows and VIP access to Open Bars from 9pm - 12am. DOES NOT include reserved tables or breakfast buffet.

What comes with the purchase of a " VIP Reserved Table"?

The purchase of a VIP Reserved Table includes VIP Access to the event for 10 people with a reserved table with 10 seats within a VIP secured table section. All party rooms, comedy shows, open bars from 9pm-12am and a complimentary bottle of champagne on the table.

Is there a Midnight Breakfast Buffet? Is it included with any event ticket purchase?

There is a Midnight Breakfast Buffet sold separately and managed directly by the Crowne Plaza.

The Midnight Breakfast Buffet is NOT included in the purchase of any ticket to the event.

Buffet tickets can be purchased in advance at the front desk when picking up wristbands.

Are all bars available for General and VIP access?

Yes all bars are available for purchasing drinks and for VIP Open Bar Access.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes you must be 21+ (ID checks will be conducted by Security)

If I purchase a hotel package for 2 do I need to reserve my room with the hotel?

NO you are all set with your room + 2 tickets to the party. Simply check into the hotel as normal.

Room package names will be sent to the hotel by December 27th.

Is parking included with the hotel room?

NO. Event Parking is managed by the Crowne Plaza. Special event parking rate will be given.

Taking Uber or Lyft is HIGHLY Recommended.

Is there a balloon drop at midnight?

Yes there is an NYE balloon drop confetti and countdown to midnight.

Can I purchase tickets at the door on December 31st?

Typically, YES there will be tickets available for purchase at the door. Prices will increase as event approaches. Purchase tickets early and save! (Sold Out last year on December 15th)

What is included with GOLD VIP?

Includes everything with VIP plus Exclusive Access to Club 24k Party Room. (Gold VIP Access Only!)

What is Club 24k Gold?

All New Party Room with EXCLUSIVE Access for Gold VIP Ticket holders ONLY.

Club 24k doors open @ 830p with nightclub vibes, an outdoor covered patio / cigar lounge, a private open bar (9p-12a), includes passed Hors d'oeuvres and Champagne, floor-to-ceiling windows with Ravinia views.

Soundtrack by NYCs Own DJ Cut. Gold VIP Tickets are very limited!
